Dismantling a car.

Removed dashboard and door panels.
Removed front seats and floor carpet.

Removed rear left trunk panel. Corrosion is obvious.

Rust on the rear right fender.
Motor department almost cleaned, windshield removed.

Spare wheel removed.

Removed rear seats.

Removed rear right trunk panel. Corrosion is obvious.
Rust damage on right front fender.
Motor department emptied.

Replacing rear boundering wall.

Part of rear-end, where the car was damaged from collision.

Amount of putty, pealed off.

Rear pannel partly cut of.

Rear panel replaced.

Rear right end was to damaged to be repaired, so it was cut out, and will be replaced with new part.

Replacing rear fenders

Replacing front fenders

Car was lifted on both sides, so if neccesary to remove whole front end, there will be no problem lifting it afterwards.

All the rust cleaned and protected with anti-corrosion paint. Started with replacing inner fender.

To cut out front fender in one piece is practically impossible, so I have done it piece by piece.

Another rust problem.
Fortunatly traverse is healthy, it only has suffered surface rust.
Inner fender replaced, welds brushed and protected.

Replacing part of front boundery wall.

Because I didn`t get original front boundery panel, I decided to replace only lower part, that`s the same on all versions of pannel.

The part cut out replaced with new one, and partly welded.

Front end brushed, and ready for paint job.

Rapairing floor

Cleaning the resin protection on inner floring.
Some surface corrosion found.
The rust ate trough floor on passenger side.

Rust hole cut out.

New part welded.

Cleaning protection from outer side of flooring.

Outside floor protected with new resin protection.
The chassis is ready for paint job.
